Closing

Once we've decided on a final price, we can close! We pay cash for all deals, and close two ways. Self-closing at the county and closing through a title company. We pay for closing costs! And usually will pay for reasonable property taxes as well. 

Finalizing the Process

Once we have a purchase agreement signed by both of us, the seller notarizes the deed, we send the check (or any payment method preferred), and then we record the deed.
