Our process is straight forward. We buy land all over the country, do our due diligence to ensure a clean title free of taxes and liens, then sell that land for affordable monthly payments or for a cash discounted price.

Sign agreement
Depending on the state, you and we will sign three documents; a Real Estate purchase agreement, promissory note, and land contract. If you're paying cash, then congratulations! Just a simple Real Estate Purchase Agreement is all we need to sign!
close on property
We have two ways of closing; self closing at the county which saves between $800 and $1,200, and through a title company. Once the paperwork and deed are notarized and recorded, the land is yours!
